This product aims to solve the needs for luxury apartment rental.

The business had partnerships with property investors and service industry suppliers. The aim was to build a platform that could help them manage, let out, and service homes to people world-wide.

We first identified core personas, which were expats and high net-worth individuals.

Then we needed to identify core features that are needed for this product to get off the ground. An app for the users, and a backoffice for the administrators.

My role as the product design lead was the App.
